Can taxi be reimbursed?
Yes, if you risk being at least 20 minutes late and choose a reasonable alternative journey. For journeys from January 1, 2026, the taxi cap is SEK 2,960 per paying traveller.
Can my own car be reimbursed?
Yes, your own car is normally reimbursed at SEK 25 per 10 km under the Swedish Tax Agency standard. Parking and bridge tolls can also be reimbursed when needed and documented.
How much money can I get back?
If you wait and continue the journey, you normally receive 50% at 20-39 minutes, 75% at 40-59 minutes and 100% at 60 minutes or more.
Value code or money?
A value code gives 50% extra compensation. Cash reimbursement is paid through Swedbank's account register or a payment slip.
What applies to Resplus and Öresundståg?
Resplus is handled through the Resplus form. For booked Öresundståg single tickets, claim with the regional operator where the journey started; Skånetrafiken also applies for journeys from Copenhagen.
How do I apply?
Use Skånetrafiken's application within two months. For taxi, your own car or bridge tolls, attach both receipts and a bank statement.
