Upfront, nothing. Klimra works on a no-win no-fee basis and there are therefore no costs to you if your case is unsuccessful. If we successfully collect your compensation, we charge a handling fee of 29 SEK.

We cover all long-distance routes over 150 km where you travel with SJ trains. No matter your destination within this range, you can trust that we will handle your compensation if your train is delayed.

For train journeys covering a longer distance (150 km or more), the Passenger Rights Regulation applies. For delays of 60-119 minutes, you are entitled to 25% of the ticket price. For delays of 120 minutes or more, you are entitled to 50% of the ticket price.

Therefore, we are committed to ensuring that the personal data collected about you is stored and handled in a safe and secure manner, in accordance with data protection laws. Your personal data will only be stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of the processing, or for as long as we are required to retain it by law. After that, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized, so that it can no longer be linked to you.
