Yes, if you reasonably believed the delay would be at least 20 minutes. The 2026 cap is SEK 1,480.
How long do I have?
The claim must be submitted within two months after the journey.
When does Resplus apply?
When the journey includes several transport companies or a Resplus ticket, the claim normally goes through Resplus.
